Hit myself in the temple, vomiting and headache - possible concussion/brain bleed?

I hit myself multiple times in the temple around 48 hours ago (a symptom of severe anxiety), had some vomiting around that time that could have been from stress, and woke up this morning with a headache that lasted all day. My temple is sore to touch and hurts a little when I chew. Is it possible for me to have a concussion or even a slow brain bleed?
