Hi
the one thing we must never do is GIVE UP, what seemed impossible two to three hears ago is now being achieved just recently I read an article where someone under went massive surgery and received a face transplant. Science and medicine are breaking new ground everyday, so DO NOT GIVE UP.
Best wishes Paul
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Bilateral 6th nerve palsies at times recover without any problem within a year. However in your case that time period too has gone. If it is complete palsy then I am sorry nothing can be done. However if there is some function in the eye then some corrective surgeries and physiotherapy can be tried. Otherwise I am very sorry to say there is nothing much which can be done.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
