Weird Things Happening??

About 3 years ago I started getting these headaches. It starts with feeling like my extremeties aren't attached to my body. Then I get  major headache in the right back of my head. Then my vison gets blurry and my peripheral vision goes away and I see black smudges when I look at people's face.. basically when I try to focus on something. Then the headache goes away slightly and My left arm begins to feel tingly.. like how your mouth feels after numbing shot at the dentst. Then the left side of my mouth and tongue goes numb.

I'm scared that somthing could be very wrong.

Any ideas? Has anyone ever experienced this?

It is definitely Neuro, but I would not begin to guess WHAT exactly it is.  No physician visit?  No scans? (MRI/CT)

My recommendation is to get a referral to a Neurologist ASAP.  I think three years is way too long to not have sought medical attention.
