?? blocked blood circulation

I am 42 yr old male .BP normal Bl Sugar Normal , triglyceridemia  ( no medicines)TSH, T3 T4( normal 6 months back), leading sedentry life , indian by birth , living in saudi arabia since 10 yrs .my problem is when ever i eat dairy products like , cheese , yoghurt or excessive sweets or junk food like fried chicken, pizzas , french fries , i have strange feeling in my limbs as wellas entire body . i am unable to explain the discomfort. its not pain but sensation like stopped blood circulation. since 2 yrs now . also i have burning sensation on both my thighs anterior aspect .

kindly advice what tests to be done , what is the differential diagnosis.

Uneasiness can result from ingestion of naturally occurring amines, such as tyramine (cheese, red wine)  Bananas are high in tyramine, but only if they become overripe.While generally headaches or increased BP or palpitations follows excess tyramine, your unusual symptoms perhaps may be related to the same.

Pls could you elaborate a little more on tyramine sensitivity .its symptoms, causes, any related diagnostic tests & treatment

A food sensitivity perhaps relating to tyramine.
