Hello,
Some more possibilities are Fordyce spots(small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but can appear in crops) and Zoon’s plasma cell balanitis(a bright red, shiny-surfaced plaque on the glans or inner surface of the foreskin. It is usually painless and harmless).

Pls discuss these possibilities with a dermatologist.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Hello,
Various possibilities are there for your symptoms.Firstly,it can be a sebaceous cyst in the skin of the penis, or perhaps inclusion cysts at the circumcision site (if you are circumcised). They are usually painless and reduce on their own.But if they become infected, then they can become painful.
Secondly,it can be a thrombosed penile vein. This is usually self limiting and resolve within a few weeks on its own.Thirdly it can be a plaque associated with Peyronie’s disease(Hard lumps, known as plaques, form in the fibrous erectile tissue of the penis).
Fourthy it can be Lichen nitidus( a harmless skin condition that causes small, shiny flesh-coloured lumps to appear on your penis.Mostly self limiting, but you can apply steroid cream for cosmetic reasons).Lastly, Molluscum can be thought of.They are small pinkish-white lumps about 1-5mm across as a result of a viral skin infection that is spread through skin-to-skin contact. It usually clears up in 12-18 months without treatment. The mollusca can be frozen off (cryotherapy) or burnt off (diathermy) if removal for cosmetic reasons is desired.
Pls consult a dermatologist as only after physical examination can diagnosis be made.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
