Why does a lump on my leg go from soft at rest to hard after walking then back to soft at rest
Good question! Since no lumps (unless those are your muscles, which is very unlikely in this case) are normal on your legs, you should refer to an orthopaedic department. It could be anything from a harmless cyst, which should be removed anyway, to some really ugly and malign things. Good luck and get well soon!
