Lymphedema, fluid in abdomen

I was diagnosed with stage 2 lymphedema, I had legs wrapped for 4 weeks and wear compression clothes. The fluid went to abdomen which vascular surgeon said is not the norm. He sent me for a scan and ultrasound on legs, no blockage....If there was it could have been removed with surgical procedure. How do I get rid of this fluid?? I would love a permanent solution.. I gained 30 lbs. in a 2 week period and 4 months later and the scale won't budge no matter what I do.......

Hello, I would certainly ask your GP, he/she can give you a better answer to this problem that we can.

You should make an appointment with your GP. Most common causes for lymphedema after vascular causes are dysfunction of kidneys or heart, or worse causes.
