A pretty large hard moving thing under on my riight chest
Hi all,
I have a big moving substance under my right chest because of my right chest seems to be little bigger than left chest. and i feel it paining when i sleep ( my right chest down ). Can anyone tell if it is a serious problem?
(simply to say i feel like something is there between the muscle and bone.)

At best, you have a benign cyst and at worst a malignant cancerous tumor. Get an mri.
that sounds frightening i think a dr visit is immediately needed. good luck
