Adrenal Tests Came Back Fine (what is this) ?

First of all I’ve felt so alone until coming across this site and realising so many of you are suffering. For years I havnt been right ..... started of with a vitamin D deficiency took supplements then ended up with hypercalciemia was hospitalised. Since all this I havnt been the same. My current symptoms are strange, some days I’m okay then others I feel unwell. I l shake, sweat to the point I’m literally wet through, get severe headaches, runny nose, my eyes feel and look swollen, get nausea, feel physically drained after a small amount of exercise like walking, I get on and off whooshing in my head/ears like I can hear and feel the blood circulating round, I sometimes see stars, feel flushed and really warm, occasionally get aches and pains, feel vibratating sensations in various parts of my body, body twitches, tingling. The list never ends. Had so many blood tests done several scans and nothing. I thought maybe my adrenal gland/ parathyroid but they seem fine too. All I know is I’m suffering and all of the doctors either look at me like I’m crazy or have no clue what’s wrong.

My high doses of vitamin D caused a worsening of my existing magnesium deficiency. I didn't figure out I had severe magnesium deficiency for two years. No doctor figured it out! You may find a good quality magnesium supplement might help you. Magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed - 4% in studies.  Look for types of magnesium that end in "ate" like citrate or glycinate.
