Having pains in the lower abdomen can have many causes.  And really with the other symptoms that you are having you should make an appointment to see your doctor.

It could be that you may have a bladder infection, a bowel problem and that could make you feel nauseas, urinary tract infection, problems with the appendix, a viral or bacterial infection.

When we yawn, this indicates that the body is lacking in oxygen, usually when we are tired.  So make sure that you get plenty of rest and sleep and also make sure that you drink plenty of water and do not get dehydrated.  Having a urinary infection and also being dehydrated can make your head feel like having a hangover.

Make an appointment and get checked out.

Let me know how you get on.

Best wishes.
