Chronic sinus infection?

My Question is for my sister who is a missionary in Guatemala Central America. She has been having symptoms of fever, headaches, vomiting. dizziness, loss of hearing in one ear. That is what I remember her saying. The doctors in her area are poorly trained. They did diagnose her with a sinus infection (which is probably true) but they only continue putting her on different antibiotics which make her sick but she takes because does not know what else to do. These symptoms have been bothering her now of and on for several month and I am concerned she may need an operation or something. Medical treatment is hard to come by and not without traveling far. So I was hoping I could get some info from you. I know I'm not giving you much to go on but if she does have a chronic sinus infection and antibiotics don't seem to help in long term, what would you suggest. With her loss in hearing I am really getting concerned and with her so far away I can't do much. Any suggestions would be appreciated. God Bless.

Serrapeptase can help sinus infections to drain and clear up.

These infections tend to be chronic, encapsulated, and extremely difficult to deal with once established. She really needs to be seen by an ENT  specialist. Surgury is often needed to clean out the sinus cavity. It's not major surgury. Sometimes they use a high pressure jet of water inserted into nthe passageways.

Antibiotics sometimes work, but the bacteria become encased in biofilms and the anti-biotics don't get to them. Cephalaxin is often used, but the protocol is eight weeks rather then seven days.

On a short term have her boil water, add salt, and spray her nasal cavities several times a day with a mister.

Nikoli tesla developed a treatment using electrical fields during the 1920 (200,000 volt high voltage Coolomb fields) that had not been used in this country for decades, but it works. I know because I was treated with such a device that eliminated a long standing sinus infection resistant to all anti-biotics. They are being used by a handful of non-traditional practicioners.

Phage therapy also works, but it is unavailable in the United States. It originated in Georgia.

If at all possible, she needs to get to a city and see an ENT.

She isn't going to able to do God's work if she is dead.
