Sigh & yawn often

Hello everyone. For some months i have  some weird symptoms like i have to take deep breathes after two normal ones and after that i start to yawn a lot and also very deep , sometimes i can not take it to the end. Last year in November i went to doc, blood tests ok, the x ray for lungs ok, EKG and cardiac ecography also ok, spirometry in parameters, the doc said is anxiety but i am not feeling ok..even when i am not anxious i can feel these symptoms. Could be the nose? I often have stuffy nose. But i should not  breathe better through my mouth?  i can not feel any improvement when i breathe through my nose or my mouth ..this ruins me and I am afraid to do a lot of activities.. anyone who can help with any advise or passed through the same situation. Thanks a lot

It doesn’t sound like you physical issues that might cause this, with all the tests you’ve had done.    Have you seen an ENT doctor to make sure you don’t have any nasal/sinus abnormalities that could cause this?

It’s amazing what anxiety to do to our bodies, even when we don’t “feel” anxious.  I would never have believed it if I hadn’t gone through it.   When I finally realized/acknowledged  that some of my problems were anxiety related, my doctor put me on small dose of anti-anxiety med.  It worked wonders.  I took it for about 3 yrs and when I felt I no longer needed them, my doctor helped me wean off them and I’ve done fine ever since.

I've seen an ENT doc 3 years ago. At that time I did not have this symptoms, i went for another problems, i had  a cold and my throat was irritated for too much time. At that time I did a CT , the doc said the sinuses are empty, so no problem but he said I have nasal deviation and turbionar hypertrophia for the left side of the nose. But as i Said, at that time I did not have these symptoms. The symptoms mentioned came in the same year but after 6 months. Maybe i should visit again the ENT doc but if the problem come from my nose i should breathe through my mouth, Right? As i Said, there is no improvement in that moments when i feel i can get enough air, even i try to breathe through my nose or through my mouth, the result is the same.. thanks a lot for the comment.
An ENT visit from 3 yrs ago wouldn’t be helpful in this case, because it wasn’t related to the symptoms you have now.   However, if you have deviation, there could be a relationship and you should talk to the doctor about it.

If your symptoms aren’t related to your sinuses or anything else, you should consider discussing with your doctor about anxiety and see if they can help you.
