Pain Sensitivity on Right Leg

I am having pain on my right leg, sensitive to the touch. There is no redness, swelling or bruising. It's not my entire leg. Just the middle to the side of my right leg from just below my knee and down to right above my ankle. I have never had an injury on my leg. Wearing my normal daily clothes does not hurt my leg at all, but I wear scrubs to work so they're loose. The only time it hurts is if I put my hand against it or something touches it with a small amount of pressure. This has only been going on for two days. What could this be?
