Cystic or Branchial cleft cysts

Hi everyone,

I've noticed for the past day now that right under my jaw (left side) and right above my neck, I feel a bump under my skin. I'm not sick or anything, I'm not allergic to anything, or I'm in college and doing the same routine every day. I can sort of feel it, but it doesn't hurt at all.  I just googled "bump under jaw" and came across this article:

http://www.webmd.com/children/tc/swollen-glands-and-other-lumps-under-the-skin-topic-overview#1

It doesn't say that it will go away or not. My most recent doctor visit was last year and everything was fine.

If you see from this link (one below here), there's a picture of someone with a bump right under her jaw. That's not where mine is, it's down and right just where the neck meets the jaw.

http://www.healtreatcure.org/lump/lump-under-chin-swollen-small-big-hard-bump-get-rid/

From this article (below here) it says it could be "Swollen salivary glands under the jaw may be caused by infection or cancer."

https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/003098.htm

I'm not an expert on anatomy but is it a gland? Should I visit a doctor? Or will it go away? It's not really poking out, if I look 90 degrees (straight forward) I can feel the slightest bump, but when I loop up I can definitely tell the difference compared to the other side of my neck.

Thank you.
