Occult blood?
my stool sample tested positive for occult blood. Sometimes when i insert my finger into the anus to relieve the feeling of incomplete evacuation , blood comes out even though i don't feel pain or anything. The last time i did this was sunday and the stool sample was on thursday. Could it be possible that this is the reason behind the occult blood in stool? Also the doctor noted that alot of mucus was present. In addition, the last five days I am been having floating diarrhea even though all i eat is bananas. Thank you and please let me know.
