Hi sorry to hear youre having a rough time at 12 years old.
I think you need to tell your mum whats going on and go and see a doctor, you may have issues in your ears, or post viral, from a cold  or past virus youve had.
Also low blood pressure, it could be from numerous things, but you need proper testing so you can get your childhood years back.
Please keep me posted how you get on,
Wishing you well, and go and get it sorted with the GP, tell him its been going on to long,
Nicola

Sounds like the symptoms of miniers disease....which effects  the crystals in the inner ear. Please check with your doctor.  I have heard that lying upside down for a period of time helps. I hope you find relief soon . I will pray for you.
