Sounds like you have Gastroenteritis which has probably been caused by eating contaminated food or if you have been in close contact to someone who has it and hygiene has not been strict.
Always wash your hands having using the toilet and before eating any food.  Always wash fresh fruit and vegetables before you eat them raw.  Ensure that meat products are thorough cooked all the way through.  Be especially careful when eating meat at BBQs, because the meat can be burned on the outside, but still raw in the middle.  Don't store raw meat near cooked meats to avoid contamination from the raw meat.

Never eat meat and dairy products that has been lying around for a long time without refrigeration, like at a buffet.

There is also a possibility of pregnancy if you are sexually active.

Don't have any dairy foods or milk.  Just drink plain water or diluted fruit juices and clear soups.  This is very important, because with the diarrhea you can easily become dehydrated.

If you do not feel like eating, do not worry about that as long as you are drinking plenty of fluids.  If you do want something to eat, just eat something very plain and bland.

If your symptoms do not settle over the next few days, then make an appointment to see your doctor.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
