Intermittent vomiting

In 2019 I began experiencing episodes of nausea that were very intense. After the first episode, I didn't experience another for nearly a year. Now I'm having them almost weekly.

It typically follows the same pattern. First, a feeling in my belly. It almost feels like I had too many sweets mixed with a bubbling sensation. Then the poop pains hit and I have a foul smelling bowel movement. Nothing to note of its appearance but the odor is akin to rotten meat and fermeting fruit. As soon as my bowels start moving, I start feeling like I'm being cooked alive and profusely sweating everywhere. Then comes the nausea. It doesn't always wait for the bowel movement to end before it begins. It's worse than the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Even after emptying the content of my stomach, I continue to heave. Sometimes for hours sometimes for days requiring hospitalization for dehydration. I can't keep anything down. Water, bread, apple juice, potato soup, chicken broth, nothing will stay in me. Unless I take an antiemetic as soon as I get that feeling in my belly, I have to take multiple rounds of antiemetics as I vomit them up as soon as I take them.

I can no longer afford ER and urgent care visits so my family doctor has prescribed meds to help. Most of the time, the antiemetics makes me fall asleep for a few hours. When I wake up, it's over. However, if I am awake when it ends, I know when the episode has ended. The feeling in my belly and the heaving just stop. It's like flipping a switch and it's over.

I Barretts Esophagus and GERD. The GERD is controlled unless I eat something super spicy. I avoid super spicy foods.

Barium swallow test- nothing diagnoatically relevant

Hmmm... sounds to me like an indigestion. Can't really tell which one, since I don't have enough information. At first I thought about problems of gall secretion or pancreatic secretion, but since you have those foul smelling feces, I am more inclined to think it could be a fructose intolerance. Have you noticed any foods, which could disprove or prove my theory correct? Get well soon!
