Feeling out of it, disconnected weeks after panic attack

I had a panic attack, first and only one, over a month ago (Sept 10th), it was the worse feeling ever. ive always had anxiety issues but not that. after the panic attack i felt disconnected mentally for days... just that not all there feeling. the two weeks following i worried a lot bout having another and tried not to think bout it cuz it made me panicky. although it was hard. it happened while i was alone in the car driving so i feared driving alone for a while and it seemed so silly to me. well my issue is now, im wondering if im just self inducing my current issue. from time to time day to day, i feel very out of it, distant, not all "here"..... not sure how exactly to explain it. the more it happens the more i worry about it and when i think about it seems to be there but i dont notice it when im not thinking bout it but it still comes out of no where at times. i still function fine, i work i do my day to day stuff but its annoying and i wish i could forget any of this even happened so it would stop. i guess i worry so much if there is something wrong with me at times.....i just cant focus very well or so it feels. been very stressed and overwhelmed lately as well. please give any advice on this perhaps silly matter.

Much appreciated

I agree with caribworried.  Your symptoms sound like classic anxiety. The panic attacks, excessive worry, being 'stressed and overwhelmed', all classic anxiety disorder.
See a psychiatrist and get back to feeling like yourself quickly.  Take care!

im wondering if im anemic now.... ive been sort of lighthead/out of it feeling..... sorta like when your staring and zoned off but except i cant get out of it for the past 2 days. i know for months i havent been eating right or enough,  im not sure but regardless im getting the feeling i need to see the doctor to find out what is going on or get an idea. ive also had some sortness of breath and always had heart palpitation issues which i went to the doctor for when they would stop around 4 months or more ago.

It's true that there is an increased rate of anxiety in celiac disease sufferers, it doesn't seem like you're suffering from any symptoms other than the anxiety itself. Stress causes anxiety and anxiety causes stress. The good news is that anxiety is highly treatable with combined medication and cognitive behavioral therapy. I would recommend visiting a psychiatrist to address your issues because they seem to be causing you a great deal of discomfort and there's no reason to suffer through that if you can avoid it. Good luck to you!

Believe it or not, panic attacks are one of the many possible symptoms of Celiac disease.  Wouldn't hurt to be tested for it anyway.  Having food allergies can really put you out of whack, and stopping the offending food can make everything right again.

I had good results from relaxation therapy with biofeedback training when I was in my 20s, but I wasted years on antidepressants when all I needed was to stop eating gluten.
