Feels like someone is hitting my head again and again, and I get dizzy

I have had trouble turning my head around, been making me dizzy. It is worse when I'm walking outside. I don't know if it's because of the visual stimulation or the movement. Been checked by an otolaryngologist, nothing wrong there.

Today I feel like something hits the upper back of my head and dizzy spells come with this, without even moving my head. What the hell is this?
