Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are a female, then it can be due to hormonal imbalance of menopause. Hormone replacement therapy may help. Other causes could be thyroid disorders, adrenal gland problems, anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia, liver diseases, low Vit B12, and vasovagal attacks.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

Hi. Geriatric population sometimes have temperature problems but it would be wise to check for other causes. It can hypothyroidism, malignancy, etc... as for your tiredness, it is also common in your age group but again, you might want to have your CBC taken, your fatigue could be due to low hemoglobin. Hope this helps. TC

I've had those feelings also, but it was when I was trying to wean off an antidepressant med.  I had to go back up with my dose and then wean off  much more slowly.  You didn't mention that you were trying to go off a med, but just a thought.  Hang in there, see your doc.
