Headache Sick dizzy so so Tired

Can anyone help?

I have had a headache for over 2 weeks now, I feel sick with a tummy ache but still feel hungry, I’m so tired I could just curl up on the floor and sleep and feel shaky with poor co-ordination. At first I thought I was just a little run down but it’s getting worse not better. I have tried getting early nights, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water but nothing is helping.

I’m starting to feel so low now as I have no energy to spend quality time with my 1 year old son once I have finished work.

Any advice????

Kind Regards
Beth

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms (sick with a tummy ache but still feel hungry) along with a headache could be due to severe acidity with GERD or gastric reflux. This can cause acidity and can in the long run cause fatigue. Take cold milk and antacids and see if this helps. Also Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Avoid spicy, fuzzy, oily food and aerated drinks, coffee and tea. Consult a doctor ASAP as this has been going on for two weeks and you have a little one to look after.
You need to get your blood pressure checked. It could also be a migraine attack. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

My advice- see a doctor ASAP, get your blood pressure checked, get spinal meningitis ruled out, get your iron level and ferritin checked, get a brain scan if this is a new kind of headache for you, get your blood sugar and TSH checked.  Try to get the medicine that will break the pain cycle.  Don't just try to treat it on your own anymore.  Your 2 year old needs you!

I'm having the same problem for over a month.  I usually work hard physically on my days off from work, but haven't been able to since this started.  My left eye aches, too, and I have hearing loss.  My ears seem real dull.  I don't usually get headaches at all.  It's a bad feeling. I don't usually get nauseous, either, but I have been nauseous for over a month.  My doctor is sending me for a CT scan and x-rays this coming Monday.
