So I've been feeling very strange past 4 years like "auto pilot" i went to the doctors a while back just to get no answer for this, If someone could help id appreciate it! here is some of the symptoms: Red band on top half on my nails,low libido,left eye brow drooped, skin breakouts,cannot concentrate/confusion,sparatic mood changes, foggy memory, forgetfulness, mouth ulcers (that won't go away),muscle twitches when i try to sleep,cannot relax,blocked nostril,dizzyness when i get up sometimes, tight chest and panic attacks with no mental connection to them. I really don't know what to do anymore I've tried several food changes and organic medicines. Any suggestions to what this could be?

I'm not sure about the rest of your symptoms but the nail thing sounds like Terry's half and half nails, which can indicate either renal or liver disease. You should look into that and see if there could be a connection between that and your other symptoms as well.
