Hives, extreme muscle pain

I've had the worst mystery illness that has put me out for the last couple of weeks, and I am at a complete loss as to what to do about it.

Just to give you a little health history, I'm 19 weeks pregnant. No complications. I have been taking a few medications to deal with the pregnancy. Half a unisom at night to help with my nausea and horomone induced insomnia for the past few months, and omeprazole for a couple of weeks to help with my acid reflux.
Over a week ago I started feeling sick.
Thursday/Friday: I could feel cold-type symptoms coming on (sore throat, congestion, cough). Nothing serious that kept me from working.
Saturday morning I woke up and had developed hives on my elbows. The quickly spread to cover the underside of my lower arms. Angioedema popped up soon after, and by the time I went to bed my hands were completely swollen and hot. My eyes were completely red, and I started sprouting hives on my face, and a few on my knees and feet.  I started taking Benadryl half way through the day but it didn't really help.
Sunday morning I woke up and the hives were still there, though they had gotten slightly better as I slept. They quickly became bad again, this time affecting my feet to the point where it was painful to walk. I still had them on all the other parts of my body, but the feet were the worst this day. I continued only taking Benadryl.
Monday morning I woke up, and the hives started affecting everything again, but the sweeping wasn't as severe as the days Before.  I started coughing up green phlegm, so I got a z pack from my OBGYN nurse over the phone, and she told me to take Claritin-D for the hives. My cough was uncontrollable, and I couldn't stop it when I would lay down. I kept getting a really hot ear. I would ice it for a few hours, and it was so hot it would melt the ice pack quickly. I took the antibiotic for the first time that day.
Tuesday morning I woke up with hives again, but much less severe than the days before. I took the Claritin -D, and by noon my hives were gone. I was really out of it the entire day. Decongestants affect me strongly. The hives didn't really come back, but I got the hot ear again that night, and my head was super hot. I kept taking my temperature, but it was normal the entire time. I took Benadryl that night to sleep.
Wednesday I can't remember. Just dealt with the cough and A mystery pain that had popped up. My left arm ached really bad the whole day. I started noticing that the Benadryl was causing what felt like my peptic ulcers to come back that I had 3-4 years earlier. My stomach hurt really bad, and I was very nauseous. Hives were really minor that day. Mostly hot spots on my hands, feet, ears and face.
Thursday morning I woke up, and I went to my doctor. He put me on Zyrtec instead of the Claritin-D. He also told me I could take Rantidine along with the Zyrtec for my ulcers and hives. I only took the Ranitidine that day.
Friday morning I woke up and all sign of hives were gone. I was mostly just tired and on the tail-end of my cough. The congestion was still really bad. I couldn't sleep without both nostrils being completely plugged up.
Saturday the cough was all but gone. The congestion was more extreme, with my nose being plugged unless I walked around. It was clear mucus and I constantly had to blow my nose. Mid-morning I noticed that my legs started to hurt really bad. I was extreme pain, so my husband suggested me take a walk to see if it helped. While walking it got a little better, but by the end of the hour-long walk my legs had gone from feeling better to the most incredible pain. The rest of that evening I was in agonizing pain. I tried taking Tylenol, elevating my legs, and stretching them, but it just kept getting worse. It became obvious that the pain was going down the front of my quads, and the front of my shins, with the right hurting significantly more than the left. Any stretching or bending of the muscle made it worse. The only relief I have found is to soak my legs in an extremely hot bath, and then lay in bed with them completely straight. I'm going on day two of this, and I have found that sitting on a chair is ok too. A heating pad seems to help the pain momentarily, but it comes back as soon as I move it off. Icing it doesn't do anything.  Does anyone know where this unrelenting pain can be coming from? I'm scared to go anywhere because it hurts so much!
One nurse practitioner friend thinks it could be drug induced lupus from the omeprazole. But I took Prilosec for months when getting rid of my peptic ulcers, and it didn't affect me then.
