Based on what you're posting, there's some
information that indicates a possible hormonal issue,
which is mainly stress, which causes high cortisol levels.
With alopecia nervosa, you will likely experience hair re-growth once the stress is diminished.
In alopecia nervosa, stress causes substantial constriction of the hair shaft, leading to the hair loss from lack of nourishment.
To facilitate the recovery further, you may want to consider an old remedy, which I have used myself ,passed down from my grandparents to my late mother, which worked amazingly well for me, indeed.
It consists of some bluestone (copper sulfate) mixed in your hand with some saliva into a thin paste and applied to the affected area 2 times daily, until hair starts growing again.
This also works for alopecia aerata , because the bluestone is also a DHT (dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor.
Note this might sting a bit, but it's normal.
Another remedy "saw palmetto" a herbal extract known to lower DHT, could be considered on a trial basis in lieu of testing.
I have been taking this for years for BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia), caused by elevated DHT levels.
About penis size, sex dreams etc., it may have to do with your feeling (true feeling, false reality) of inadequacy,
compared to some other males.
The fact is that you can still please your (future) wife and inseminate her when you are married and ready to have children.
It's a "guy" thing, something you need to work on, it seems.
Best wishes,
Niko
