I have these bumps on my private area and i don't know what to do

I'm only 13 years old, going to 14, and i have noticed these bumps forming on my vagina where the pubic hairs are, and i don't know what to do or what it is. I haven't told anyone about it, and I'm too embarrassed to. Is there anything i can do without the risk of embarrassment or anything that's too hard to get to treat this thing? I would really appreciate any help.

Have you been sexually active? It could be several things, I grown hairs as others have said, but if you have been sexually active, they appear similar to blisters, it could be something more serious.

Are they small like at the base of a hair, or larger like a pimple? Are they painful? If they're at the base of a hair and don't really hurt then yeah probably ingrown.

Are they painful/do they look irritated? They might be ingrown hairs. If they aren't painful try exfoliating down there where they are because they also might be build up of dead skin!
