On going health issues

Hello I have had some on going health issues for about two years now. I am a 30 year old female. My main symptom started in April of 2021 and things have just continued from there. I have pain under my right rib the goes into my back. I also have pain near my belly button at times and suffer from nausea. I have facial flushing. I have itchiness all over my body but especially my arms and arm pit area and my chest. I have hair loss. I also have shortness of breath. I have had ultrasound of my right abdominal area, a chest x ray, ekg and HIDA scan. I have had a full thyroid blood test work up that came back normal but am scheduled to have an ultrasound because I have thickening at the base of my neck. The only test that come back abnormal are blood tests.

Wbc: 16.1 (High)
Red blood cells: 4.82 (normal range)
Hemoglobin: 13.3 (normal range)
Hematocrit: 38.9 (normal range)
MCV: 80.7 (slightly low)
Platelets: 455 (high)
Neutrophils absolute: 10,040 (high)
Lymphocytes absolute: 4,570 (high)
Monocytes absolute: 4,570 (high)

My metabolic panel is normal, cortisol and acth are normal, albumin normal, protein normal, bilirubin normal, troponin normal.

If anyone has any insight that could help I’m all ears. I am so tired of dealing with these symptoms on the daily and not being able to find answers. Thanks in advance!!
