Slightly high bilirubin

I recently took a CMP and it showed my bilirubin level is (1.3). (0.1) above the acceptable range.

I reviewed a previous CMP from 2021 and it was (1.6). Higher than now.

I was (still am) assuming it could be hepatitis but someone mentioned it could be Gilbert Syndrome.

My hep C results have gone from 0.1(2021)to 0.11(2022) to 0.3 (current) all still considered negative in my results.

I've been experiencing diffuse abdominal pain Left, Center, right for the past 2 months but during the first week. My doctor didn't suspect hepatitis. I still have to go back for further diagnosis but for now my mind wanders..

High levels of bilirubin could mean your liver is not functioning correctly. However, high levels can also be due to medications, exercise, or certain foods. Bilirubin is also a product of breakdown of red blood cells, and an elevated reading may be related to disorders of red blood cells and not liver disease.

Do you work out a lot?

I don't work out.

My current RBC count on my CMP is 5.83 and for my urinalysis it's 0-2.

I think this is the first time it's been high on my tests.
Ask your doctor.
I am. I just did new blood work and I'm waiting for follow up appointment.
Best of luck. In some cases slightly out of normal could be normal for you.

For example, a normal minimum heart rate is 60 bpm my resting hr is about 54 bpm normal for me and not a health issue
