Need help finding medical records

I need help finding my medical records from 30 years ago. I was diagnosed with  hypothyrodism when I was 13 by a Dr. Kenneth Lamkin who's office was in Golden, Colorado. I checked for him in Golden and I can't find him. The reason why I need these records is because my symptoms have returned. But every time they do tests on me they came back normal and I have doctors telling me that it is all in my head. If I can find Dr. Lamkin, he might have my original records and I can show proof to these doctors that it not in my head.

Try calling the hospital in that area, he might have had an association with them they could tell you where he is.

I just goggled his name and his information popped up; states he is in Lakewood, CO.   Do the same.  I am not sure if this is the physician you are looking for though.

All the best.

If you want to make sure and to prove your doctor wrong take the temperature test. For 3 to 4 days, take your temperature the same time in the morning. Get an average for those days. If it falls below the "normal" body temperature then you may have a thyroid problem. For example 96, 97 degrees. You can present this to your doctor and he can take some different tests. This is I feel one of the most accurate, blood work isnt always going to show a thyroid problem. And if your doc doesnt listen to the temps then go to a different doctor and get a second opinion.
Take care and hope this helps.
