Is it anxiety...or something else?

Since January, I have been experiencing near-constant mild, tension-like headaches and occasional nausea (not necessarily at the same time). I was going through some stressful times and my doctor chalked it up to stress and recommended I try acupuncture, meditation, massage, etc. none of which really seemed to help that much.

So I finally got a chance to get away for the weekend and I noticed I was feeling a bit better -- maybe because I wasn't regularly Googling my symptoms? Anyway, this morning (I'm still away, heading home tomorrow), I started feeling dizzy and am feeling dizzy now, with some palpitations and ringing in my ears.

I guess my question is, is it health anxiety causing this? Symptoms just seem to snowball whenever I feel something strange or new....but I've  never really been like this before. I know everyone goes straight to "brain tumor," but it seems like I have a lot of the symptoms. What do you think?
