Hello, can somebody help me or at least give me some advice?

I've been going to different doctors and it's frustrating when they see you're 20 so they assume nothing's wrong. Cardiologist said everything's fine, blood tests fine, thyroid fine, blood pressure normal,I've had an mri and they said i have sinus mucoid formations which I've been told are safe and a signal void, slow blood flow. Two neurologists said I'm fine. But I've been having some annoying symptoms. I feel like i have a fever and my chest is hot but temperature is normal. My left neck blood vessels hurt most of the time, less in the mornings. Sometimes my whole head hurts (especially on top and left side) and my left arm and parts of my face goes numb. One time even my chest. Lots of anxiety symptoms. It's hard even to walk a lot. At school the fever sensation gets extreme. But outside it's winter. I avoid taking a bath because of feeling hot after. It's mostly in the chest. No idea what to do. Can't even twist my neck sometimes.

Hello~I would ask your doctor for a test to rule out Mono, some of your symptoms point to that.

Also, I would certainly try a chiropractor. You very well could have some misplaced vertebrae in your neck, if that is the case, you will not be able to turn your head without it hurting, this can also cause the "numbness"

I will say that anxiety can play a part in this, but, before chalking it up to that, I feel that some tests need to be run to rule out any serious issues.

I hope you feel better soon.

The neck pain keeps getting worse. I can only sleep on the right side and if i twist my neck or apply pressure on the vessels i get twitches.
