Left Arm numbness

It’s been about  2 months I’m getting tingling and numbness on my left arm. I didn’t go to see my doctor due to my back pain (bulge disk which is ok now). I thought my back bulge disk is causing the numbness of my left arm. Amazingly it only happens half an hour or 45 minutes after my walk. Not when I’m sleeping or working with my pc or any other my activities. Not even when I’m running. I do exercise regularly and I had my annual health checkup which showed my cholesterol level was on the boundary (no medication was given) and no problem with my hearth. I’m 47 healthy male.
Is there any idea what causing this?

I think you can be reassured that this is not coming from your heart. The fact that it occurs with walking only, and not with running, is inconsistent with something cardiac. I suspect it is related to a pinched nerve, which is aggravated by the way you use your arm when walking, which must be different than the way you use your arm when running or doing other activities. It could also be related to head movement. It might be worthwhile having Xrays of your cervical spine to look for bony overgrowths that could be pinching on nerves.

I had the same thing at 30. I just found out after many many test and misdiagnosis it is fibromyalgia.
