what is wrong with my body? SERIOUS

I have been feeling unusually tired in the past few weeks. My period is now 5 weeks almost 6 weeks late. I have been cramping here and there along with a few back pains to go along with it. but still no period. I've taken over 5 pregnancy tests all which came back negative. Starting this week I have had terrible horrible back pains all over my back mainly in the upper part of my back around my neck would be where the worse pain is located. I have had such an unpredictable period cycle for almost a year. I have been to the doctor they said that there is nothing wrong with me. I only had a UTI. but other than that everything was fine( 4 months ago).

What time of day are you taking the pregnancy test? It should be taken after not urinating for several hours, since false positives and negatives can occur if the urine does not contain enough hormone.
If the test is still negative, a visit with your gyn or primary should be next on your list of steps.
