Help

A year ago I had pain in my whole right side of the body (from head to leg). On January I noticed I tense my right arm while I'm not paying attention to it and also noticed I position my arm and wrist to the inside, resting over my legs (pointing to my stomach with a closed hand). The pain is also on my face now and a few days ago I started having a tick of my mouth directing to the right. Also, sometimes I noticed I lock my head to the left, softly, not much, but I notice it as it comes back to position randomly. I do not notice that movement. Are those just stress symptoms or is it something else? I am diagnosed with organic depression and currently taking medication for it.

Thank You.

Is there a neurologist you can go see?  Pain on one side of the body can come from neurological issues, such as MS.
