Long time skin rash

For a while, at least a year (up to 3 years if its the same rash all over), I've had little bumps all over my butt leading up both of my sides. It rarely itched and I guess I passed it off as pimples. I'm riddled with tiny pink, tan, and white dots all over my butt, hips, and such. Latley i've noticed similar blister like dots around the pubic area, so far its only doing this on the hairs...like the hair pore, i dont know what you call it. And in the area of my skin where my leg folds, my crotch, theres a purple discoloration with similar little white dots on it. Please tell me if this reminds you of anything, im really worried it could be an std, or could it just be eczema? Help out a very distressed teenager.

Hi,

There is a possibility that it could be hidradinitis suppurativa as the location and description does point in that direction. Keeping the area clean, warm baths with a medicated soap will help.
At the same time these could be pimples or ingrown hair. Please schedule an appointment with a dermatologist for clinical evaluation.
