Lump on Neck

Detected a lump on the upper right back of neck parallel to ear in the hairline last Fri.  Saw my internist past Tue & had ultrasound performed. Report said, “hypoechoic structure measuring 1.9 x 1 x 1.4 cm within the scalp. It says possible lipoma but lymph node not entirely excluded”.  I have 3 lipomas on right side of body but since I had Stage 1 melanoma on left side of shoulder a yr ago we are getting me into see the oncologist who removed my melanoma for further eval.  Anyone else with similar symptoms & what was your diagnosis?
