Mysterious sinus/cardiovascular symptoms?

I've had several anaphylactic episodes (flushing, pressure in head, rapid heart rate, near syncope) in the last year and I've had persistent symptoms ever since the third attack in February of this year.  These symptoms usually manifest as achiness/pressure around my sinus areas and dizziness and I occasionally experience pain in the back of my head/upper neck as well.  I also experience numbness/tingling of the affected areas of my face from time to time.

These symptoms are often, but not always, accompanied by hypertension (which I've never had before), sometimes as high as 160/90.  In the last 6 months I've seen 9 doctors and had blood work, urinalysis, MRI, CT scans, and a tilt table test all of which yielded normal results.  Just bending to lace up my shoes often throws me into a headache with some flushing and dizziness-bending and crouching often bring on these symptoms or worsen them, though not always.

I can pinpoint the day these symptoms began-I had an anaphylactic attack which lasted about 30 minutes (and I also had a sinus infection at the time), so I'm assuming this event somehow triggered my problem.  As a rule, my ears always feel full sometimes to the point of aching when these symptoms come on, but sinus infection and allergies have been ruled out.  Any idea where I should go from here?  So far I've seen an endocrinologist, ENT, neurologist, allergist, and several general practitioners but I still don't even know if the root of my problem is neurological, cardiovascular, etc?

Oh and I forgot blow dry your hair and ears after your shower.  Use swim ear after every time you get water in your ears and i almost forgot check your house for molds, around grout tile etc.  Kill it with clorox if you can.  Get plenty of sleep and Tylenol PM is a great product for you because it has the benadryl in it to build up your antihistamines.  ttyl

What caused the first anaphylactic attack and did you get epinephrine at the hospital?  Without knowing this i will try to give you some advice.  First i know it sounds crazy but snort some salt water through your sinuses 4 times a day for about 10 days.  I believe its 1 teaspoon to a quarter cup.  Or you can swim in the ocean the same way and it works too.  The saline solution has to be as strong as ocean water.  It will burn i must warn you.  However, it will eliminate all germs taking up residence and wash all debris out.  A gnat or a tiny blade of grass etc.  Also get an air cleaner for the room you spend the most time in in your house.  Buy the expensive air conditioner filter, its worth it.  Stop eating saturated fats.  Avoid air pollution at all costs for now.  Check your pillow if its old or soiled throw it out it could still have something in it or dust mites.  Walk every evening as far as you can before it gets too dark.  Don't smoke or stay around smokers too long.  Use listerine, and antibacterial soap find hypoallergenic shaving cream and aftershave products in case its something you keep putting on there.  Just some things you can do , hope it helps.

I went to check my mom into a hospital and two days later came out with excruciating migraine , ear problems , and head pressure. it seems to go away only to come back later.I had an mri and blood tests which were normal and may go to a neurologist. Light and noise seem to aggravate this. I know it is a virus from the hospital because the doctor shook my hand and two days later after being perfectly healthy I became sick with this.I never even took an aspirin before these symptoms. I believe it is a virus going around hospitals and being spread. Unfortunately I dont have the answers I need but will not stop until I find them.

I forgot to mention I'm a 25 year old male-no drug, alcohol, or tobacco use.  My only previous medical issues were GERD related (I've had esophageal dilations due to strictures).  I take omeprazole daily and since my symptoms have started, I've been prescribed just about every allergy medication there is, zoloft, and muscle relaxers though I'm not taking any of these at this point due to lack of improvement.  I do occasionally take ibuprofen as needed.
