The past few days I have been experiencing:
Headaches
Nausea
Dizziness
Lower back pain
Chest discomfort - I temporarily get the same feeling that I do when I'm nervous/excited, and then my chest tightens and my heart races
Fatigue

I am not really stressed about anything, and the anxiety/panic attack-like chest discomfort happens all the time, whether I'm at work (very stress-free environment) or at home resting.
I have my period, so I'm not pregnant, but I don't believe these symptoms are not being caused by my menstrual cycle either.
Any help, please?

They did some blood work to check my thyroid and cholesterol and who knows what else, a Holter Monitor, an EKG and an echocardiogram since they thought it was heart related, but the only thing they found was that my heart skips beats which there isn't anything they can do about.
Now we're trying to treat it as anxiety-related, and I was put on Xanax to see if that helps at all.
If nothing gets better before my next appointment though, I will definitely mention PMDD and POD. Thank you for your suggestion!!

I have the exact same thing, I feel bloated, and I'm not on my period, it may just be that, but at night I try to get comfortable and rest, but I can't. I feel frustrated and out of order/place in a way.
I have no idea what's wrong with me.

But you may very well have a fever perhaps.
Also, I haven't eaten anything at all today, only drank a few sips of water, and it's 2:30 in the afternoon.

Also, I should probably mention that my periods have been irregular. I was regular until mid March, and then didn't have a period until 6/1, and then now (started 7/31).
