Newly expriencing random sharp pains

I'm 23, male, and recently a couple of times I've been expriencing something I'm not acustomed too. It starts in my head, sometimes as a very specifically consentrated headache, typically in my eye, then it shoots to my jaw, and then makes it's way to my back and chest. It happens suddenly and is very worrysome like "oh no what is happening?!" but then is over in a matter of around 30 seconds. The best I can descripe the pain is sharp, not a typical thing I"m use to at all. I'm newly sober from meth (2 months) so I don't know if that's related. I've also heard it could be stress induced. Does this sound like anything concerning enough to go into the doctor about?
