Spinal Tap - Now Shingles (Chicken Pox Vaccine)

I have a friend and I am very concerned for her. She does not know what is going on and doctors are giving her the run around.

She has never had chicken pox. she had the chicken pox vaccine when she was younger.

She also has gh.

she had to have a spinal tap two years ago due to medical issues, and from that point she started having sores show on the left side of her face, and affecting her eyelid... they diagnosed it as shingles. fast forward two years later, there are now blisters all over her face, and constant baby skin so it is always red and sore. she now has deep cracks and fissures in both nostrils and nasal passages, and sores are no longer contained to the left side of her face. she is also getting deep fissures and cracks in the rectal area. she is so scared, and i am so concerned for her.

she never had chicken pox, but had the vaccine when younger. so that leaves the live virus still able to settle in her spinal nerves, and when reactivated skip the chicken pox stage and go straight to shingles; she also has the gh virus in her spine.

when she had the spinal tap, could the needle and tears in the tissues and nerves have caused a leak for  either the chicken pox virus or the gh virus to settle in other places in the spine or system? her immune system was also at an all time low at that point during the tap. Would or could either virus attack other nerves and bodily systems?

This thing is really attacking her entire body from top to bottom.

Any thoughts or advice please!
