Abnormal Lab history attached, major symptoms

29 year old Male
DX: Bipolar Disorder

Medications: Oxcarbazepine, Vraylar, Lithium

I have been dealing with major fatigue and serious issues with my memory this year that have not resolved. I am NEGATIVE for all hepatitis. Last brain MRI was normal ~1 year ago. CRP is normal. Ammonia is normal. Thyroid is normal. Lithium levels are normal.

Labs are as follows and ONLY ABNORMAL VALUES are reported here.
Drawn yesterday:
(HIGH)ALT 69,
(LOW)BUN 8,
(HIGH)Chloride 109,
(LOW)Anion gap 5.

History of ALT results:
3/11/22: 157(H)
3/18/22: 106(H)
4/27/22: 57(H)

Do you drink at all? Also are you a little over weigh because that can raise liver function test t? It could the strength of medicine that you're on too .
