Perineum cramps (Men) when going to the bathroom?

I am an 18 year old male. Whenever I go to the bathroom (1 or 2) I sometimes get a cramp in my perineum (the part between the scrotum and anus). It happens when I finish urinating or while I'm just pooping normally. It also happens when I ejaculate frequently within a few days. The pain isn't extreme but it's pretty discomforting and can last anywhere from 1-20 minutes and then just stops. It feels like a cramp but when I feel it, it doesn't seem tight. There is no bulge so it doesn't seem like a hernia, and I have no other symptoms of a hernia or a urinary tract infection. Also, since this started happening, my erections don't seem as strong as they used to be. I've looked across the internet and it doesn't seem like anyone else has it. So, does anyone else have this problem or know what would be the most likely cause?

I have the same problem every once in a while after urinating. I think it is from dehydration, somebody told me once to drink a lot of water and it should go away. Though recently it has happened after ejaculation which I have never experienced before. I did have kind of a marathon weekend before hand so that would coincide with what you said (that multiple ejaculations in a short amount of time cause that) In your experience this is was causes that cramp in the perineum? If so how long did it last? I'm afraid to test if it's still there as I don't want to aggravate things, but it freaking me out a little bit.
