Migraine or something else?

When getting up or going from room to room with different lighting I occasionally get a pain in my head, feel dizzy and my vision goes blurry or blacks out completely for a few seconds depending on the severity. I've had my bloodworks done which came up fine, had a brain scan which revealed a pineal cyst measuring 0.6 but was told it wasn't an issue, and have slightly low blood pressure. I constantly feel fatigued to the point where it interfears with normal functioning and frequently get headaches which are often occompanied by nausea.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The pain can be due to migraine. Other than that it can be photophobia. Retinal detachment (this also causes flashes of light), iritis, uveitis, optic neuritis, corneal ulcerations and other afflictions of cornea, and cataracts are a few eye related causes for increased sensitivity to light. Hence get an eye examination done too.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

I would read up on fibromyalgia and allergies.  I have had similar experiences.  It could be a migraine.  My fibromyalgia can trigger my migraines.  Good luck.
