Random Warm Sensations in legs only

Hello 38 male who has been healthy with no medical history. About a month ago I started to experience some quick not painful sensations in my legs that lasted briefly on and off throughout the day but some days nothing. I felt these more when walking. On some occasions I would either had been walking a lot or running and I felt like a hot flash in my legs with kinda like pricking sensations not painful just weird. It went away after rest. I have also experienced warm sensations in both legs and feet that do not last long. The warm sensations can be in tops of knees or it will be in feet in ankles just changes but it’s not painful just weird. I feel like heat triggers it. The top of my feet or one foot on occasion has felt like it’s numb but it’s not kinda like pressure on it. I have been to the doctor had some blood tests. B12 was normal thyroid basic test was normal. My blood cell counts were normal. Inflammation blood test was normal. I had a EMG nerve test that was normal. I am scheduled for a MRI of the brain and have a ankle test for blood circulation scheduled. I went to a chiropractor who did an x-ray and said my back looked ok. I do have back stiffness and back aches.  I am worried I have MS and some people tell me that I have neuropathy but also tell me I am too young to have it.  Any help or comments would be great thank you.

not a medical expert but I personally generally recommend stretching those muscles for 2 months every day and if its what I had it should improve :)
