Scarlet fever rash came back?

Hi any help is much appreciated. So 5 days ago I had a fever of about 102 to 103 then at one point the fever stopped right after it stopped I got a rash that started under my armpits and inner thighs and my pelvic where my stomach meets my groin and the back of my knees. So I went to the doc and she diagnosed me with scarlet fever. So she gave me amoxiciila and methylprednisolone. I've been taking these two for 5 days the rash started to clear up yesterday and throughout the night I started to get some new spots and also got a fever at the same time. I bundled up under some blankets could the heat from being under all the blankets have cause this or the fever itself. We also bought a used washer around the same time could a laundry detergent rash be this bad or is it possible to make the rash worst. Just need some opinions thanks guys!!

The rash and fever (intermittent ) may linger for 2-3 weeks.
Night time is usually worse, because cortisol levels in the body are the lowest at that time.
I don't think the used washer has to do with it.
Just press on the rash (scarlet fever) with a flat object like a butter knife. It should temporary turn white.
To prevent re-infection, contamination and spreading of SF
follow some simple rules:
Wash your hands and face frequently. Change bed sheets daily. Launder clothing you wear/use. Wash utensils, glasses, dishes etc  immediately after use.
Facial tissues should go into  waste basket which closes, after each use.
If the symptoms persist or worsen, you should advise your doctor.
Best wishes,
Niko

Sorry one last thing is there anything that can help with the itching I've tried calamine quarterzone oatmeal bath nothing helps.. thank you so much for your help
You can try a salve by mixing 3 parts baking soda , 1 part water and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and apply gently on the affected areas.
No rubbing though!
Also do a few rounds of tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) several times daily to help alleviate any psychological effects and stress from dealing with all this. Just look it up!
This is probably annoying but I can't find anything on this. I took a semi cold shower and one of the big spots on my inner thigh that was healing turned purple is that just the cold?
Just do a patch test for the salve, in case you have some apprehension.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
is allover the internet.
Go straight to the application (skip background, history etc for now)
I am an EFT Advanced Practitioner.
If you have any difficulty finding it, let me know.
The cold could indeed turn the spot purple.
Cheers,
Niko
