There is really no way of anyone here providing an answer for your questions. You should see your primary in order to be sure the lumps are nothing to be concerned about or related to the fungal rash.
There are many many many lymph nodes in the body, and specifically in the pelvis/groin area. Your infection could have caused them to increase in size.
My various lymph nodes have enlarged enough to notice them after measles, ankle sprain/little toe fx, and after a fall onto my hip/buttock. Some were soft and squishy like a grape, and some were rock hard.
Keep checking them-if enlarged for innocent reasons they tend to reduce in size eventually.
They remind me of the turkey pop-up timers lol.
Only way to know is to ask your dr to palpate them-good luck with that though since they hate to touch patients these days.
