stomach pains for almost 4 months?
so im 19 years old, eat a healthy well balanced diet as well as weight training 1 hour a day. although i have stopped this as a lack of motivation and appetite over time. i have had 3 blood tests, 2 faeces and urine tests and an ultrasound and nothing has come up except for a stomach bug that has gone away. my pain is usually dull but can get sore usually around mid left and lower middle but can spread to the right occasionally, i feel fatigued and have loss of appetite has anyone had something like this or know what it could be??
