Hello! This is something I've been curious about or if anyone else has this problem or what's the science behind this. I am 19 and I am not diagnosed with asthma. However, I've noticed when its cold I breathe more rapid and when I walk I get out of breath much more quickly when compared to warm, hot and mild days. I am writing this in summer because colder months are coming and I want to know why it happens basically. I do prefer colder weather personally despite this issue as I have a lot more negative things that happen in summer like hay fever, sensitive skin, hives, sunscreen allergy- I am pale hell and don't want skin cancer ;-;. However, I am still very curious if its anything to seriously worry about. My mum does has asthma and I am aware that asthma can be passed on genetically but I believe If I did have asthma it would have been discovered and I would notice shortness of breath no matter the temperature outside. Asthma attacks are very serious and I don't believe I have experienced one. any ideas why this is happening?
