Throat problem - doctor doesnt take me seriously!

Hi, so ive been having sore throat for nearly two months now. I wouldnt say it hurt but rather.... uncomfortable and mysterious. Like why is it staying here until now?

At first, for some reason everytime i eat, foods just keep on getting stuck in my nasal area? Usually i can pull it down to my throat simply by super swallowing but it wouldnt go down so everyday i experienced this uncomfortable feeling in between my nasal and throat. I went to the clinic for this and they said i had flu just bcs i cough and sneeze sometimes. I went again after 2 weeks bcs i was worried. So this doctor said my tonsils are okay and gave me anti biotics without explanation. But things got worse after taking in the pills. Good thing about it is that food doesnt get stuck as always as before. Moving on... I get sore throats every morning since then. It feels like a burning sensation? I considered acid reflux and such but i dont really experience heartburn? But im not sure.

Anyway, i went again to the clinic afyer two weeks hoping to be referred to specialist but the same doctor that gave me the antibiotic is so convinced that im okay and laughed when i told him my symptoms but its annoying how he doesnt provide me with possible reasons why this is happening. What could my problem be?

- some bits of food wont go down completely
- my left lymph node is felt swollen sometimes
- the burn in my throat is felt at the back of my throat?
- if i gargle with salt water the night before, it burns less in the morning but still felt a bit
- it been here for nearly 2 months
- my throat feels tight, this never happened before

Before all of this happened, my throat was always itchy that i have to make this gargling-like sound to soothe my throat

If im really okay, please tell me why you think so, i need explanation. Thank you very much!
