Toe/foot problems? Advice please

Could someone please advise why I have these problems with my toes/toenails/feet please? This has been going on for 2 years

- Dark red spots on tips of toes
- Toes feeling numb and cold all the time
- Toes going pale when elevated and back to healthier colour when standing but still numb
- Feet feeling cold all the time
- Absent pain awareness in toes
- Purple-red colour on undersides of toes and top of sole of feet
- Fizzy feeling in feet when massaged
- Shiny skin on feet and legs even when nothing is put on them
- Crumbly and brown looking toenails
- Ulcers on toes and feet looking like unexplained cuts
- Bruises on legs
- Bleeding under toenail beds

No history of trauma or infection. One doctor sent my toenail clippings off to check for fungal infection, didn't hear anything back. Another doctor said it was because I wasn't keeping my toenails short enough and I was getting dirt under them.

Thank you
